Workshop Details

**This workshop is being held at Spine By Design at 540 Lafyette Road, Unit 102/103, Hampton, NH 03842** Pelvic Floor and Core is a workshop focused on being able to connect to and support your pelvic floor. You will be guided by Ashton Frey, Pelvic Floor Therapist, through simple ways you can begin caring for yourself and your body. This workshop will go over anatomy and functions, learning how to connect and bring awareness to, and learning how to utilize your core and breathe to support your pelvic floor.
