At Integrative Pelvic Health, you are our priority. Our goal is to help you learn about your body, give you space to heal, & space to grow. We provide uninterrupted time and utilizing a holistic approach to help clients achieve long-term wellness and improve their pelvic health.

Pelvic floor dysfunctions are complex which is why it is our mission to find the root cause, provide you with education and techniques to heal, and get back to doing what you are supposed to do, enjoy life!

You have dedicated one-on-one time for 60-90 minutes with your pelvic health therapist. It is our priority that each visit focuses on your needs & your goals.

It is our goal to give you the tools to improve your pelvic health & to making small changes each session in order to progress towards achieving your goals each and every session.
Meet Ashton
Owner and Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist
Ashton is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about empowering women to find balance and to restore their bodies so that they can participate in the activities that are meaningful to them. She takes a mind-body approach and encourages her clients to listen to their bodies. She aims to use meaningful, client-led, and holistic approaches to help her clients live fulfilling lives.

Ashton graduated from the University of Southern Maine with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy and is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Maine. She has experience in many different practice areas including outpatient pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities and hospital-based care. She has a passion for maternal health which has been amplified following her own pregnancy and the birth of her daughter in 2024. She is an advocate for women to have control over their births and to receive comprehensive care postpartum.

Ashton has completed extensive post-professional education in topics relating to pregnancy, postpartum, return to exercise, including Dr. Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, bladder and bowel health and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I). Ashton also has extensive training in John Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach for a whole body approach to evaluating and treating pain and dysfunction.

Ashton grew up in New Jersey but has planted her roots in the beautiful seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband, daughter and cat. She is an avid runner, although she often says she’s retired, coffee enthusiast and has recently taken up hiking. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, skiing and traveling to warm places.
