Meet Ashton

Owner and Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist

I am an occupational therapist who specializes in women's pelvic floor therapy.

I received my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from University of Southern Maine. Since then I have worked in a Pediatric OT Clinic in Maine and skilled nursing facilities in New Hampshire. It is in the SNF settings that I found my passion for pelvic floor therapy. After hearing multiple women talk about incontinence and how it affected their lives over the years, I decided it was time to do something!

While learning and exploring the world of pelvic health, Ashton found a deep interest in hand-on manual work. Ashton has taken multiple courses on Myofascial Release and is excited to incorporate this technique into her practice!

I have completed advanced training in women's health, pelvic health, and pelvic floor therapy, including:

  • OT Pioneer (Lindsey Vestal MS OTR/L, The Functional Pelvis)

  • Pelvic Rehab Manual Assessment and Treatment Techniques ( Laura Rowan, Essential Pelvic Health)

  • Certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCST-I) (Arizona Trauma Institute)

  • Perinatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (Dr. Sarah Duvall, DPT, CPT, Core Exercise Solutions)

  • Myofascial Release I (John F. Barnes, PT, Myofascial Release)

  • Fascial Pelvis (John F. Barnes, PT, Myofascial Release)

I currently live in Seacoast, NH with my husband and cat, Loki. I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, skiing, running, strength training and spending time with family and friends.
